Millfield Ohio- 549 atv racers took to the course at the Wiseco John Penton GNCC, the 6 th round of the Can-Am GNCC series. The morning race hosted 304 riders, and once again Team Yamaha rider Traci Cecco won the overall, as she has won every race this year, a truly amazing and dominant feat. For the third time this year, Mike Benson took the overall second spot out of the U2 class on his Four Stroke Tech Kawasaki V-Force KFX700. Benson was gunning for the overall win thanks to starting on the second row of the start, but he caught an edge and broke his ankle on the second lap. Somehow Mike kept pressing on and managed second overall and first in his class!
Third overall went to a new face, a C rider named Buzz Deer from the 16-19 C class. Buzz won his third race of the season but finished a season-best third overall. The runner up in the women’s class was LTERracing’s Angel Atwell, and Stephanie Parton took the third spot on her factory Polaris Outlaw.

The U2 class had Benson out front followed by Nick Devore and Danny Jesse. The 16-19 C class had another rider in the top ten overall, Justin Miller, who finished in the second place spot in the class. Jeff Selig rounded out the top three. The 4x4 Limited class saw a new winner this race in Kevin Trantham. He bested factory Can-Am racer Mike Swift, which is no easy task. Third place in the class went to Andrew Langston. The 4x4 class was once again taken by Can-Am racer Cliffton Beasley. He really flies on the 500 Outlander, taking his fifth win of the season and just finishing outside the top 20 overall on a dry, dusty fast track that did not suit the 4x4 racers all that well.
Ken Robey had his best race of the year finishing second on his Factory Kymco ride, and third went to another Factory Can-Am racer Jerime Dudding.
4x4 open was once again won by Richard Cecco who finished an amazing 8 th overall on his Factory Can-Am 800, besting another Can-Am rider, Bryan Buckhannon, who finished second, followed by Jacob Kirst also on a Can-Am.
In the C classes, William Payne took another win in the 20+ C followed by Ronnie Early, who took second in his first race this year. Robert Cornwell followed in third in his first race back in action since the General Round 2 of the Can Am GNCC series. 24+ C was won by Jason Kinder followed by Rick Whistler on his GTTHUNDER/Powermadd/Cardio Stack-backed Yamaha. David Dickison finished in the third place spot in the class. The 30+ C class was captured by Markham Donovan in a close battle with Mike Young, and the 36+ C class was won by Todd Feutz.
The sport class went to Joey “Bam” Margeria, of course, on his Blaster, and Walker Fowler won the Youth Production class.
