New Zealand's Paul Whibley is the ultimate racer. Any place, any time, anywhere, the man will race, the man will train to race, and the man will practice to race. Whibley may not be the most talented rider ever, but practice makes perfect, and by training and racing so often, he has built himself into a major contender for the GNCC Championship. Whibley's greatest asset is his endurance--most of his competitors will tell you that if he gets you in his sights with two laps to go, he's going to get you. But as tough as "The Axeman" is, you wouldn't know it off the track, because he's actually quite nice and even a little shy. On the track, though, he's as tough as they come.
