The "Big Deal" Adam McGill is one of the most fun, and funniest racers on the tour-and he's also one of the fastest. Grabbing the 2005 Pro-Am Title while still in high school put McGill on the map, and he dove head-first into the XC1 pro class with his typical fun-loving attitude. McGill learned the ropes and found consistency to match his speed, and soon the funny man was a serious threat on the track. KTM then signed McGill to a factory ride in 2008, and McGill went all-out to perform. A rigorous training program saw McGill lose 30 pounds before the '08 season, and he went to another level, winning three races early in the season and building a massive point's lead. Bad luck eventually struck down his title run, but it's clear that McGill has the speed to run with anyone, and yet, he's learned how to contend while still joking around with his very serious competitors.
