The second Tennessee race of the GNCC tour lies just south of the Kentucky/Tennesse state line. The facility is prime for GNCC Racing, with acres of flat parking, but just enough elevation change in the woods to keep the track interesting. Soil conditions will be similar to the GNCC at Loretta Lynn Ranch, with plenty of small shale or "chit" rock mixed into the clay. The rocks aren't big boulders like we see at GNCCs in West Virginia or Pennsylvania, as they're small and will actually come in handy if the course takes on any rain, because the rocky base will let water run off instead of soak in.

Should have a good flow for the woods, too. This facility has only held a few small races in the past, so the trails are good and fresh.

GNCC Trail Boss Jeff Russell sums up the track like this: "It's like Loretta Lynn's without the big hills."
