2009 GNCC National Number Reservation Program
Beginning January 2, 2009:
EARNED NUMBER CONFIRMATION REQUEST:
Riders earning National Numbers in 2008 are ranked and have been assigned 2009 National Numbers accordingly. However, it is not uncommon for riders to request a different number for competition. This results in many unused numbers throughout the racing season.
To help alleviate problems, we request that all riders that have earned national numbers contact GNCC Racing and confirm that they will be using their assigned national number. Or, in the event they desire to use a different number, that they so request.
Beginning January 8, 2009:
NUMBER RESERVATION REQUEST:
Beyond the riders who earned 2009 National Numbers, riders who participated in at least six (6) GNCC events in 2008 may request a number.
Beginning February 1, 2009:
EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES:
Riders who do not meet the above requirements for various reasons (i.e., injury) but who met the same requirements in the 2007 series, may submit a request citing the reasons why they did not meet the requirements and requesting a reserved number. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
After 4 Rounds in 2009:
Riders who do not meet the above requirements can request a number once they have competed in 4 rounds of the current GNCC season, so long as their intent is to compete in a least 9 events during the season.
PROCESS TO RESERVE/CONFIRM NUMBER:

Include all of the information below:
1. Full Name (First and Last)
2. AMA/ATVA Membership Card Number
3. Indicate Bike or ATV or UTV
4. 2009 Class: Class you expect to race in 2009.
5. Earned Number Confirmation: If you earned a number, please confirm whether or not you will be using that number or would like to request a different number.
6. Number Reservation Request: If you did not earn a number but would like to request one please provide (3) selections in order of preference.
7. Rider's Home Address (Street, City, State and Zip)
8. Home Phone Number (with Area Code) and Cell Phone
9. Email Address
10. Transponder Number: If a transponder was purchased, please list the number from the side of the transponder in the following format: 0.XXX.XXX.XXX-the X's being your number.
