The Michelin Off-Road Motorcycle Contingency Program is designed to reward motorcycle riders who achieve racing success while using Michelin tires. Certificates are being offered to top finishers in U.S. events who use Michelin Motorcycle Tires and display Michelin |
|
Decals on their motorcycle. Consistent top finishers can often fund a significant part of their annual tire expenditures with this program. Certificates are redeemable at full face value towards the purchase of Michelin Motorcycle tires at any Michelin motorcycle tire distributor or dealership. |

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS |
|
|
|
1. Submitting the claim on the reverse side of this page, signing the publicity release, and acquiring RACE OFFICIAL'S signature as verification of program requirements specified below, is sufficient to register for this program.
|
|
2. In the race for which contingency is claimed: Michelin motorcycle tires must be used on both wheels of the race bike. Michelin decals must be prominently displayed on both sides of the race bike. A Michelin patch/sticker must be prominently displayed on the chest of the rider's racing apparel.
|
|
3. A completed claim form and a copy of the official results must be submitted to Michelin in order to receive Certificate. |

CLAIM PROCEDURE: |
|
For each racing event at which Certificates are earned, a Michelin Off-Road Motorcycle Contingency Program Certificate |
|
claim form MUST be completed and mailed, along with a copy of the official results to: Michelin North America, Inc. Attn: 2 Wheel Dept. "Off-Road Motorcycle Contingency Program" Post Office Box 19001 Greenville, SC 29602-9001 |
|
Claim forms must be postmarked no more than 30 days following an event. Earned Certificates will be mailed out as soon as possible after receipt of claim forms and verification of results. |

Michelin Off-Road Motorcycle Contingency Program Certificates are only issued for racing success achieved in selected Points- paying events and in the specified classes printed on this sheet. |

***NOTE: Michelin Off-Road Motorcycle Contingency Program Certificates are not legal tender and are redeemable only toward Michelin tire Purchases through Motorcycle tire dealers. Michelin Off-Road Motorcycle Contingency Program Certificates are valid for 90 days after issue date. Certificates should be redeemed at any Michelin Motorcycle Tire dealer prior to this expiration date. After this date, they expire and cease to have any value. Certificates may be reportable to the IRS. Any taxes are the racer's responsibility. |
