This Friday is the 4th of July, so we're going to open our gates early in Pennsylvania so you can avoid traveling on the big day. We'll open at 6 p.m. on Thursday, so come early if you would like.

What to do if you're in the area on Friday? We recommend checking out the Flight 93 Memorial, which is located only about a mile away from the track. The Memorial is dedicated to the brave Americans who gave their lives on September 11, 2001. The Memorial is scheduled to move to a new location across the road in just a few weeks, but you can see it in its old location this weekend. Click here for info.

We suggest Idlewild Park, a great theme and water park about 25 minutes up the road.
