- We will be riding, training, learning and having a blast everyday!
- Master starts, braking, cornering, rocks, sand, hard pack, trees, roots, ruts, jumps, hills, moto-x
- We will also focus on how to practice using skills, endurance, and speed work.
- Mental thoughts of a champion. How to be confident each time you ride and race!
- Physical training-make GNCCs easy with proper workouts.
- Nutrition- what to eat and how it effects the body and results.
Racing is a huge commitment on all accounts! Physical, mental, financial, and time! If you have the desire to be chiseled into a champion, my wife Denise and I will also commit to do everything in our power to take you there!
